01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lovevery Inc. (“Lovevery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download, access, or play our mobile games, visit this website, contact support, or otherwise interact with our game services (collectively, the “Services”). It currently covers Anime Card Collector and Dragon Hunting, as well as future versions released through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other authorized platforms.

This policy does not govern the independent practices of Google, Apple, advertising networks, payment processors, or third-party websites. Their own notices apply when they process information for their purposes.

02

Information we process

The data involved depends on the game, features you use, device settings, and region:

  • Device and technical data: device model, operating system, language, app version, network type, IP address, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers.
  • Game activity: game sessions, progress, scores, earned or used virtual items, card collections, match results, ranking position, feature interactions, and approximate timestamps.
  • Approximate location: a broad location inferred from an IP address or device signals, where enabled and permitted. We do not require precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
  • Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, attribution events, frequency, and identifiers used to provide, measure, limit, or personalize advertising where legally permitted.
  • Purchase information: product purchased, transaction status, price tier, currency, and platform receipt or transaction token. Google Play or Apple processes payment-card details; we do not receive full card numbers.
  • Online play data: a player name or generated identifier, PvP results, ranking data, and related moderation records when an online feature is used.
  • Support communications: your email address, message, attachments you choose to provide, and troubleshooting details.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identification, health information, or payment-card numbers. Please do not send such information in a support request.

03

How information is obtained

We receive information directly from you, automatically from the game or device, from the app store through which you obtained the game, and from service providers that support analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud hosting, security, leaderboards, purchases, or customer support.

Your operating system may let you reset an advertising identifier, limit tracking, deny permissions, or control personalized advertising. Some technical processing needed to operate, secure, or diagnose the Services may continue even when optional advertising personalization is disabled.

04

Why we use information

We process information to:

  • provide gameplay, save progress, fulfill purchases, enable PvP, and operate rankings;
  • maintain stability, diagnose crashes, balance difficulty, and improve features;
  • secure the Services and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and unauthorized transactions;
  • respond to support requests and communicate essential service or policy updates;
  • display and measure advertising, subject to consent and regional requirements;
  • understand aggregated usage and evaluate the effectiveness of releases;
  • comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect players, Lovevery, and others.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests such as security and improvement, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for activities that require it. You may withdraw consent at any time through available in-game or device controls without affecting earlier lawful processing.

05

When information is shared

We may disclose limited information to:

  • Service providers that host systems, deliver ads, analyze use, process app-store purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, or monitor performance.
  • Other players when a feature intentionally makes a player name, score, match result, or ranking visible.
  • App platforms such as Google Play and, when available, Apple App Store for distribution, purchases, integrity, analytics, and compliance.
  • Authorities or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
  • Transaction participants in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business event, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define interest-based advertising or certain analytics disclosures as “sharing,” “selling,” or “targeted advertising.” Where those definitions apply, you may opt out as described below.

06

Game-specific disclosures

Anime Card Collector

This game contains advertising and in-app purchases and includes mini games, gacha-style card collection, PvP battles, and rankings. Its current Google Play data-safety disclosure states that it may collect location, app activity, and other categories, and may share location, app activity, and device or other identifiers with third parties. These signals may support advertising, analytics, security, purchases, and gameplay.

Dragon Hunting

This arcade game is designed to work without an account. Its current Google Play data-safety disclosure states that the app does not collect data, while device or other identifiers may be shared with third parties. Such limited sharing may occur through integrated platform or advertising technology and is subject to provider and device controls.

Store disclosures summarize practices in a standardized format and may change with an update. If a store listing and this policy differ, contact us so we can investigate and correct the applicable disclosure.

07

Children and younger players

Our games may be available to a broad audience, but we do not knowingly request that a child submit personal contact information directly to us. A parent or guardian should supervise younger players, control purchases, review device and advertising settings, and contact us on the child’s behalf.

Where we know a user is below the age at which they may consent independently, we will obtain verifiable parental consent when required, limit processing to what is permitted, or disable the relevant feature. We do not knowingly use a child’s personal information for behaviorally targeted advertising where prohibited. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, email us and we will review and delete it as required.

08

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to maintain gameplay records, honor purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Data transmitted by our games is protected in transit where supported. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

09

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to appeal our decision and complain to a privacy regulator.

To make a request, email boydwalter959973@gmail.com and identify the game, device platform, and request. Do not send sensitive documents unless we specifically ask. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited records to document completion. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law allows, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can also manage ad personalization and permissions in Android or iOS settings, reset your advertising identifier, avoid optional online features, or uninstall a game. Deleting a game from a device does not automatically delete records held outside the device.

10

International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Privacy protections may differ. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, and take supplementary measures appropriate to the information and risk.

11

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as our games, technology, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
